Overall I've been wearing these briefs for over 12 years now. I typically have about a dozen in rotation and find they last about 4 years. They fit perfectly and ALL exactly the same - unlike another brand (who I won't mention) where you buy three 3-packs and have to throw two away as they don't fit!
