Payment Methods

We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL.

Sales tax and import duties

All items are shipped from Montreal, QC CANADA. Please note that for all Canadian residents a sales tax will be added to your total.
Import tax and custom fees may be imposed at the discretion of the destination country and are the responsibility of the purchaser / customer to pay.

Changing or cancelling an order

All orders are shipped as quickly as possible. If you would like to make any changes or updates to your order we will do our best to accommodate your request if your order is not already shipped. Please contact us.

All shipping costs are stated in CAN $
Please note that estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
No deliveries on weekends and Canadian Holidays.

Canada

Standard shipping

• CAN postal service (3-8 days, estimated delivery) : $9.95 per order.
• FREE standard shipping for orders of $200.00 (before taxes and after promos) and over.

Express shipping

• For faster delivery, we offer 2-5 business days delivery to Canada via Express Post for $19.95.

USA

Standard shipping

• CAN postal service (7-10 days, estimated delivery) : $15.95 per order.
• FREE standard shipping for orders of $200.00 (before taxes and after promos) and over.

Express shipping

• For faster delivery, we offer 2-5 business days delivery to USA via Express Post for $24.95.
• Orders to USA may be subject to fees imposed by the USA Customs Department and are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay.

International Orders (excluding USA)

Standard shipping

• PRIORITY AIRMAIL (7-21 days, estimated delivery) : $50.00 per order.  Minimum order $200.00.
• International orders may also be subject to fees imposed by the destination country’s Customs Department and are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay.

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us by email at [email protected]. We will give you an authorization number.

• We will accept returned or exchanged items if they are unworn, unwashed and in their original boxes/plastic wrap with original tags. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
• For an exchange, we will issue a refund for the returned items and you may place a new order for other items that you would like in replacement.
• The items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
• There is no charge for restocking, handling, etc.
• In the event that the items are defective or not as ordered, the return postage charges are initially paid by the buyer and are refunded when the returned items are received by JM. Otherwise, postage charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please include the following items in your package back to us:

1. A copy of the sales receipt
2. A note on your sales receipt or a separate sheet indicating the reason for the return. Also include the product code, size and color.
3. The item(s) to be returned.

Mail the package to the address below and we will process your return as soon as we receive it.
