INTIMODE CANADA INC., owner of the registered trade-mark JM and commonly known as JM (hereinafter “JM”), is committed to protecting and respecting your rights to privacy. We accept that the personal information that you supply to JM in association with JM’s webpage is personal and as a result we undertake to protect the personal information to the extent reasonably possible.

By using our web site you are consenting to JM obtaining and using the personal information that you provide but only within the context of our commitment to you. By giving us reasonable notice you may at any time revoke your consent, and upon receiving such a notice JM will use reasonable means to cease the use of your personal information.

WHY IS PERSONAL INFORMATION NEEDED?

JM reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for providing you access to the information.
